Shipping and Refund Policy
AMTAC Gear cannot guarantee a delivery time. For in stock items, we ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description, such as items shipping from our remote warehouse, in production items and pre-orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
AMTAC Gear sells gear. Please take care of your gear and it will take care of you.
We only exchange or refund goods if they arrive to you defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND THE EMAIL ADDRESS USED TO PURCHASE ITEM(S). Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product or refund based on your preference.
